Living Space Overview

The living space offers a 48″ TV with Hulu Live. A sectional couch, arm chair, multiple side tables and wooden bench that is ideal to fill a room with guests. There are 3 separate dining areas. The first one with a large table for seating of 10-12, a second area off the kitchen that offers seating for 6 and then a kitchen bar area with seating for 4. There is a slider door with access to the spacious upper level deck as well as deck access from the second dining room. The dining area also has a hutch that is a great spot to set up your bar for the week!

Open and Wide Living Spaces
The upper level living space at Salty 7 is open, wide and perfect for families to gather in comfort. Fun beach colors and coastal inspired decor make Salty 7 feel like a home away from home, not a vacation rental. When you walk upstairs you will enjoy tons of light, a home full of intention in space, planning and decor that lets you know you are on vacation.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked, designed and set up by Jennie who as the mom of 5 kids knows how important it is to have everything you need on a trip. A fully and purposefully stocked kitchen includes a crockpot, instant pot, plenty of pots and pans, platters galore for serving over and over, a keurig, a standard coffee maker, bakeware, tupperware (as long as it lasts the season), cutting boards, and open access to a big pantry. We tried to think of everything to make your stay feel more like home.

Our homes are like experiences because we try to have all your needs met so you can enjoy family and friends without having to wonder if you need to pack your favorite cooking accessories. They are already there!

The Salty 7 has seven thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. All linens provided in your rate. Upon arrival all beds will be made with quality linens. Each guest is also provided with a bath, wash and hand towel. We use quality store purchased linens, not mass quality hotel brands to give guests a much softer experience. Moms, enjoy those beds being made upon arrival. That’s part of the Salty experience; it’s your vacation too.

Send your kids downstairs for fun. Plenty of seating, a pool table, 2 ARCADE GAMES- Pac Man and Galaga!! Don’t forget the high top table with chairs so drinks aren’t spilled and snacks can be enjoyed. Extra chairs for friends to watch arcade game players set new high scores. A 50″ TV with Hulu Live with leather sofa and love seat complete the room. Plenty of space for family and friend time.

Bonus: a full kitchenette so you can EXPERIENCE convenience during your stay too. No need to run up and down the stairs to the top level kitchen when you have a full size fridge, microwave, hot plate, Keurig, pots and pans and bar sink. An easy walk from the outdoor areas to grab a snack and make the most of those afternoons poolside.

A full sized washer and dryer are also located in the lower level. Because beach towels land everywhere around the house, we’ve made it easy to hang up those towels with multiple hooks near the slider to the pool area. You’re welcome! (We don’t guarantee those towels get hung)

Outdoor Spaces

Salty 7’s outdoor amenities are vast and fun-filled, boasting a spacious pool area with 6 lounge chairs, double subbed, custom bar, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Enjoy games like corn hole under the night lights, while grilling on two grills and/or relaxing on numerous porches. UNIQUE BONUS: Our sweet 6 seater street legal golf cart named JoJo!

The outdoor area is the pride and joy of Salty 7. It has something for everyone.

Pool & Outdoors

The pool area is vast with multiple places and spaces for fun. 6 pool side lounge chairs, a custom bar space to make cocktails and serve meals, built in cooler to keep beverages cool poolside, and more.

Evening Memories

The firepit area at Salty 7 offers a sanctuary for creating cherished memories and embracing relaxation. Families gather around the crackling flames, share stories, toast marshmallows, and more.

More Outdoor Amenities

Experience true relaxation at the Salty 7 beach house. Dive into the new hot tub or unwind in the hammock chair. Enjoy outdoor dining with umbrellas and easy access to the outdoor shower. Plus, entertain with a dual grilling area and ample porch seating. BONUS FACT: the pool area seats over 25. For real. But please don’t bring that many people with you.

Added this year is a corn hole court to add to the fun. Want to play late night? Outdoor lighting makes it easy. TONS OF PORCHES with chairs, hammock chairs, swinging bench and seating on every level.

The gem of the house is the mid-level screened-in porch. It’s filled with signs left behind by past guests (you can do it too!) that show how loved this place is by many. A full sectional seating area, bar cart and outdoor bar with 4 stools make this room a space you will never want to leave. Add in the Pinterest inspired lighting and I promise you will experience some special moments in this intentionally designed and perfectly set up space.

We want your vacation to be filled with convenience. To do that we offer 4 bikes, 5 beach chairs and umbrellas (as long as they make it through the season) to our guests to enhance their experience. Immediate friends and return guests get free use of Helga, the infamous 6-seater golf cart.New guests can rent for a nominal fee.

Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Salty 7 may have one of the most perfect locations for a family that wants the best of the Duck experience. Located walking distance to the Duck sound front, near many shops and restaurants and still with great access to the beach, especially with Helga. This location makes nights out in Duck easy, trips to see the events in the town, or sunset nightly a simple thing.
