Living Space Overview

Salty Soul combines an amazing location with a cozy and comfortable experience. What makes this home truly special is the beach box vibe with many upscale touches. We worked to preserve the charm- a galley kitchen with bright windows and a screened in porch designed vintage style- but made it functional by upgrading the space with 4 King Masters, 3-1/2 brand new bathrooms, 2 existing bathrooms fully renovated and a poolside experience that was designed with intention.
Main Level (Upper)
The upper level includes living area, dining area (and yes, as always there will be seating for all guests), and 2 bedrooms plus rec room and 2 full baths. The screened in porch has direct access via sliders from the living room.
Lower Level- ALL NEW!
The lower level is where it is at! The rec room includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, pool table, sofa and seating, 65′ TV, bar area access to pool via sliders. Best part? 3 KING MASTERS with private baths. A half bath for rec space. Functional, full of entertainment and living space and plenty of room to keep everyone sane!
Included EXTRAS
A new, 6-seater street legal golf cart INCLUDED in rate and as always all the amenities Salty homes include. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach gear already waiting for you! Oh, did we mention it is located right next door to Salty Sister?

Bed #1 – Leopard’s Lair, Main Level

Main Level King with attached full bath with shower. This room I located directly off living area and is closest bedroom to screened in porch. This room is fun, saucy and of course has a bit of GRRR to it.

Bed #2 – Lemon Love, Main Level

Located on Main level next to hall bath this King bedroom offers TONS of light and of course, a pop of lemon for fun. This bedroom does not have an attached bath.

Bed #3 – Main Level Bed

King bed with queen loft (this room needs some more Jennie touches on decor…still works fantastic, but I need pops of color…so yet to be named).

Bed #4 – Flamingo Suite, Lower Level

King size bed. A salty house is not a salty house without a flamingo room!

Bed #5 – Breezy Blue, Lower Level

A king size bed with attached full bath. This room is all bright beachy and a shout out to the ocean blue!

Bed #6 – Tommy Bahama Room, Lower Level

A classic beach King bedroom with clean, fresh vibes and peaceful charm.
